Equipment used to transport liquid steel from converter to the tundish station. Resin bonded magnesia-carbon and alumina-magnesia-carbon refratory is the normal material used for the ladle lining due to its good thermal shock resistance and corrosion behavior. Also basic mixes are projected to the slag line to increase the life of the lining.
